Arrowstreet Calendars

The 2007 Arrowstreet holiday desk calendar was designed to reinforce the firm’s identity as a highly creative, inventive design firm, as well as contribute to an internal “culture of design” amongst staff. Designed as a cheerful play on architectural forms, the desktop calendar also referred to the transformation of the year ahead as each passing month revealed a new interaction of shape and color. Complementary note cards were created so employees could hand write personalized good wishes for the New Year. Custom packaging was designed to stand out amidst a heavy mailing season.

Designed as both a personal and sustainable piece, the 2008 Arrowstreet holiday calendar features twelve photo postcards of natural landscapes that have inspired our staff along their travels. The photography celebrates both individual experience and the environment, while the postcard aspect makes the calendar reusable all year long. Custom address labels were designed to be consistent in look and feel with the calendar and were printed digitally, allowing the addresses to be printed as variable data, saving production time and labor. Calendars were mailed in kraft paperboard envelopes (made of 80% recycled content) to ensure the calendars would arrive in the best possible condition.
